螺纹车削加工是机械制造业中常用的加工方法。在实际车削螺纹时,由于各种原因,造成由主轴到刀具之间的运动,在某一环节出现问题,引起车削螺纹时产生故障,影响正常生产,这时应及时加以解决。本文对车削螺纹时出现的五种常见故障进行分析,并提出解决方法。
Thread turning is a commonly used machining method in the machinery manufacturing industry. In the actual turning thread, due to various reasons, resulting from the spindle to the tool between the movement, in a part of the problem, causing thread failure, affecting the normal production, then should be promptly addressed. This article analyzes the five common faults that appear when turning threads and puts forward the solutions.
