采用离心铸造法制备AI3Ni/AI功能梯度材料,并研究了组织结构及物理力学性能。结果表明,离心铸造A1-10%Ni合金可获得NI3Ni强化相体积浓度和尺寸均呈梯度分布的材料。其强化相分布特征为,沿离心力方向,强化相尺寸逐渐增大,体积浓度逐渐增高。线膨胀系数、弹性模量、*强度、韧性均随强化相的梯度分布变化。控制强化相的梯度分布即控制材料的性能变化。
Centrifugal casting method was used to prepare AI3Ni / AI functionally graded material, and its microstructure and physical and mechanical properties were studied. The results show that the Ni3NiNiNiNi alloy can be obtained by centrifugal casting of A1-10% Ni alloy with graded distribution of volume concentration and size. The enhanced phase distribution is that, along the direction of centrifugal force, the size of the reinforcing phase gradually increases and the volume concentration gradually increases. The linear expansion coefficient, elastic modulus, * strength and toughness all change with the gradient distribution of strengthening phase. Control of the gradient distribution of the reinforcing phase is to control the material properties.
