帕金森病是一种常见于中老年人的中枢神经系统退行性疾病,病因呈多样化,至今尚未明确。本文就帕金森病发病机制中近年来研究得较为深入的遗传因素、氧化应激、环境因素、兴奋性细胞毒性、免疫因素和凋亡机制等方面的研究进展作一综述。
Parkinson’s disease is a central nervous system degenerative disease that is common in the elderly. The causes are diverse and so far not yet known. This review summarizes the recent advances in the pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease, including genetic factors, oxidative stress, environmental factors, excitotoxicity, immune factors and apoptosis mechanisms.
