锦鸡儿属植物是干旱半干旱地区重要的造林树种之一,近年来在播种(飞播)造林中得到了广泛应用。为了提高锦鸡儿属植物丸粒化种子造林成活率,筛选出合适的丸粒化配方,选出没有结团、丸粒大小均匀、表面光滑、单籽率和有籽率高、崩解时间较长的柠条种子丸粒化配方,在室内研究其发芽特性。结果表明,柠条锦鸡儿丸粒化配方6A3C1、7A2C1、8A3C1的发芽率高于75%,与对照无显著差异,配方8A3C1的发芽率最高(81%),是柠条锦鸡儿丸粒化的合适配方。小叶锦鸡儿除8A3C1与对照相同,8A1C1显著低于对照外,6A2C1、7A2C1、7A3B2、8A3B2等配方均高于对照,但差异不显著。柠条锦鸡儿的发芽率高于小叶锦鸡儿的发芽率,但发芽势总体差异不显著。土壤水分充足的条件下,12 h以内,柠条锦鸡儿和小叶锦鸡儿丸粒化种子均能崩解萌发,低于2%的土壤含水量,对柠条丸粒化种子的崩解萌发有一定的阻碍作用。
