目的:探讨医疗护理收费的管理。方法:建立统一的价格标准数据库,费用价格公示,根据医嘱记录及医嘱执行后的实时操作进行费用录入,使收费透明公开。结果:强化了医护人员的工作责任心,杜绝了收费差错,减少了因收费失误而引起的医疗纠纷。结论:医院实施住院收费清单、出院再审核制度,有效减少了医疗收费纠纷,提高了病区的工作效率和管理水平。
Objective: To explore the management of medical care charges. Methods: Establish a unified database of price standards, publish the cost and price, and record the fees according to the real-time operations after the doctor’s records and doctor’s orders are executed, so that the charges will be transparent and open. Result: The work responsibility of the medical staff was strengthened, charging errors were eliminated, and medical disputes caused by mistakes in charges were reduced. Conclusion: The implementation of the hospital billing list and the re-examination system for discharge of hospitals effectively reduced the disputes on medical charges and improved the efficiency and management of the wards.
