对598例（851耳）慢性化脓性中耳炎术前纯音听力测试所得骨导听阈进行分析。资料显示，中耳炎时可能影响骨导听阈的因素有：慢性中耳炎的类型、病程、患病侧数等。提示积极有效地治疗本病，对于患者骨导听阈的保持是十分重要的。
The bone conduction thresholds of 598 patients (851 ears) with chronic suppurative otitis media preoperative pure tone audiometry were analyzed. Data show that otitis media may affect bone conduction threshold of factors: the type of chronic otitis media, duration, the number of diseased side. Prompt positive and effective treatment of the disease, for patients with bone conduction threshold is very important.
