对机械加工过程的自适应控制进行了新的研究和探讨。通过实时检测加工过程变量和在线辨识加工系统参数,建立了加工过程的离散滑动模型并实现了离散滑模自校正控制策略。还给出了车削力约束离散滑模自校正控制系统的仿真结果。
The adaptive control of machining process has been studied and discussed. The real-time detection of machining variables and the identification of machining system parameters are carried out. The discrete sliding model of machining process is established and the discrete sliding mode self-tuning control strategy is realized. The simulation results of discrete sliding mode self-tuning control system with turning force constraint are also given.
