使用双辊薄带铸轧机制备磷含量(质量分数)高达0.15%的耐候钢薄带,研究了退火时间对其组织性能的影响。结果表明,退火时间为40 min时,可获得细小的铁素体+珠光体组织。在本文的退火时间内耐候钢薄带的屈强比均小于0.8,加工硬化指数均大于0.2。随着退火时间的延长,其抗拉强度呈缓慢下降趋势,屈服强度先下降后基本保持不变。明确了局部出现细晶组
The weathering steel strip with phosphorus content (mass fraction) as high as 0.15% was prepared by twin roll strip casting and rolling mill. The effect of annealing time on the microstructure and properties was studied. The results show that when annealing time is 40 min, fine ferrite + pearlite structure can be obtained. In the annealing time of this paper, the yield strength of weathering steel strip is less than 0.8, the work hardening index is greater than 0.2. With the extension of annealing time, the tensile strength showed a slow downward trend, and the yield strength first decreased and remained basically unchanged.
