“中国梦”的提出对工会工作的开展具有积极的意义,能够起到明确方向、价值之音和目标激励的实际作用,使工会工作明确前进方向和价值追求,促进工会工作的进步。“中国梦”指引下工会工作的重点包括注重劳动者权益保障、注重用人单位和劳动者关系协调以及注重工会工作的长远发展等几个方面。新时期工会工作中融入“中国梦”的具体对策包括加强职工教育,弘扬职工精神;参与单位管理,践行主体意识;构建职工文化,增强单位软实力。
The proposal of “China Dream” has a positive meaning for the development of trade unions and can play a clear role in guiding the direction of the value of the sound and the goal of stimulating the work so that trade unions clear the way forward and the pursuit of value and promote the progress of trade unions.
