蒸发器是电冰箱在制冷中不可缺少的部件之一。以往蒸发器有两种类型,一种是铜管焊接铜板,称为铜管蒸发器(图1)。另一种是复合铝板吹鼓成型,称为铝板蒸发器(图2)。它们都各有优缺点。铜管蒸发器的优点是耐气压力强度高;气密性好;使用寿命长。缺点是铜材料用量大;造价成本高;焊接面不平整而影响美观;表面易被空气中的水份腐蚀产生氧化铜而污染箱内的冷藏物
Evaporators are one of the indispensable parts of refrigerators in refrigeration. There are two types of evaporator in the past, one is brass welding copper plate, called copper evaporator (Figure 1). The other is the composite aluminum drumming, known as the aluminum evaporator (Figure 2). They all have their own advantages and disadvantages. The advantages of brass evaporator is resistant to air pressure high strength; good air tightness; long service life. The disadvantage is the large amount of copper material; high cost; welding surface is not smooth and beautiful appearance; surface easily corroded by water in the air to produce copper oxide and contaminate the refrigerator inside the box
