地质普查找矿要求测定土壤和水系沉积物中痕量汞。为此,于25毫升比色管中,以1+1逆王水分解试样。在15%逆王水介质中,用硫酸亚钖将汞(Ⅱ)还原为汞原子,再在封闭体系中振荡,达到气液平衡后,以空气为载气将汞蒸气导入XG-3型测汞仪进行检测。由于还原体积小,本法比一般测汞方法灵敏度高;在封闭系统内振荡可避免汞蒸气的损失,结果重现性好;免除了火法分解试样时二氧化硫、有机物等组分的干扰。检出限达到8ppb,试样含汞量50ppb时平行测定三份试样中汞的变异系数为10%。分析步骤将XG-3型测汞仪和三通活塞、GZ-1型多用振荡器(北京冰箱电机厂产品)连接好。称取
