我院１９８７～１９９３年共收治角膜穿通伤１７２例，占同期眼科住院病人的１７．１１％，男女之比为４．２：１，工人５５例，占３１．９８％，农民４８例，占２７，９１％，中小学生及儿童分别为２８例和１５例，占１６．２８％和８．７２％。入院时已盲目者占７０．３５％，出院时盲目率降至４５．３５％，早期就诊及时准确的治疗是降低致盲率的关键。
A total of 172 cases of corneal penetrating injury were admitted to our hospital from 1987 to 1993, accounting for 17.11% of ophthalmological inpatients in the same period. The ratio of male to female was 4.2: 1, 55 were workers, accounting for 31.98%, and 48 were farmers, accounting for 27 and 91% respectively. There were 28 cases and 15 cases of primary and secondary students respectively, accounting for 16.28% and 8.72% respectively. At the time of admission, 70.35% were blind, and the rate of blindness dropped to 45.35% at discharge. The timely and accurate treatment of early treatment is the key to reduce the blindness rate.
