本文通过对工学交替人才培养模式及教学运行的系统阐述,分析了工学交替与校企融合的关联,提出了对“工学交替”人才培养模式下教学运行与企业生产融合的几点思考。
This paper analyzes the relationship between the alternation of work and learning and the integration of school and enterprise by systematically elaborating the mode of personnel training and operation of engineering and technology, and puts forward some thoughts on the integration of teaching and operation and enterprise production under the mode of “work - study - alternative” personnel training.
