目前,世界各国对草莓病毒,尤其是导致草莓生长势衰退和产量下降的蚜传病毒,通常采用Frazier(1974)和Converse(1979)的指示植物小叶嫁接法诊断。但至少要在接种后1个月,指示植物才表现症状。Yoshikawa等(1986)在Hibi和Saito(1985)的基础上,开发了一种快速诊断草莓拟和性黄边病毒(SPMYEV)的圆点免疫结合法(DIBA)。此法对于诊断草莓其它病毒病亦有极大的潜在实用性,只要制备出这些病毒的特异抗血清就能使用。
At present, strawberry viruses in the world, and in particular, the virus that causes the decline of strawberry growth potential and the decline in yield, are usually diagnosed using the leaflet grafting method of Frazier (1974) and Converse (1979). However, at least one month after inoculation, the plant was instructed to show symptoms. Based on Hibi and Saito (1985), Yoshikawa et al. (1986) developed a dot immunobinding assay (DIBA) for the rapid diagnosis of strawberry mimicry yellow edge virus (SPMYEV). This method for the diagnosis of other viral diseases in strawberry also have great potential practical, as long as the preparation of these viruses specific antisera can be used.
