This article reports the changes in HDL and HDL / T-ch (HDL / T) ratios in patients with essential hypertension associated with hyperuricemia. Through medical history examination, physical examination and related biochemical tests, ruled out the common factors that reduce HDL and secondary uric acid increased common factors, select 51 cases of patients with essential hypertension as the test object, and 51 cases of normal blood pressure Control group, the two groups of similar gender and age. The results showed that the HDL level of the original high group of men was slightly lower than that of the control group (P> 0.1); the HDL / T-ch ratio was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). As a protective factor against atherosclerosis, HDL / T-ch ratio more meaningful. Female HDL levels slightly higher than men. HDL / T-ch ratio similar to men. The levels of HDL and HDL / T-ch in patients with high hyperuricemia were significantly lower than those with normal serum uric acid (P <0.05). Visible HDL and HDL / T-ch ratio, the original high group is lower than the normal blood pressure group; the original high group, associated with hyperuricemia were lower than those with normal serum uric acid. Hyperuricemia should be, hyperlipidemia and HDL / T-ch ratio decreased, can cause vascular damage, and are related. For vascular damage, there may be a superposition.
