饮食之于人类,是具有第一要义的事情。饮食及与之相关的活动,不仅是人类生存的前提,也是人类进化的动力,同时也是人类社会和文化发展进步的重要动力。在遥远的史前时代,在人类社会的初期发展阶段,饮食的意义也不例外,而且作用更为明显。本文阐述如何研究史前的食物问题,包括了遗迹遗存,民族学,实验考古学等多种方法。
Eating on human beings is the first thing that matters. Diet and related activities are not only the premise of human existence, but also the driving force of human evolution, as well as an important driving force for the development and progress of human society and culture. In the distant prehistoric era, the significance of diet in the early stages of human society is no exception, and the role is even more obvious. This article describes how to study prehistoric food issues, including relics, ethnology and experimental archeology.
