Under the historical conditions that peace and development have become the theme of the times and in the great practice of China’s reform and opening up as well as the socialist modernization drive, Deng Xiaoping has adhered to the Marxist principle of seeking truth from facts and has summed up the success or failure of the building and upgrading of all socialist countries including our own. Historical experience, the study of the socialist market theory of the former Soviet Union and Eastern European countries to explore the various countries in the world, especially the developed
