赵总理在六届人大五次会议的报告中提出要广泛、深入、持久地开展增产节约、增收节支运动,这是保证我国经济长期稳定发展的根本大计。财务会计工作的一个重要职能,就是对企业的再生产过程进行一系列优化管理,促使生产三要素得到最佳结合,从而以较小的耗费取得较大的经济效益。因此,在经济工作强调“双增双节”的今天,财会工作如何讲究新的生财、聚财、用财之道,显得尤为重要。
