思想政治工作在它的发展过程中,除与社会的生产力、政治、经济有着密切的关系外,同社会文化发展也有着内在的联系。一定的思想政治工作方式的背后总存在着某种特定的文化模式作为其支撑。思想政治工作内在地为某种文化模式积淀人文力量,造成一种顺应时代潮流的精神现象。具体说来,思想政治工作的文化价值主要显现为对文化的过滤——保存、整合——顺应、传播——交流、创造——更新等四个相互关联、相互渗透的方面。
In its development, the ideological and political work has an inherent relationship with the social and cultural development except its close relationship with social productivity, politics and economy. Behind a certain ideological and political work style there is always a specific cultural model as its support. Ideological and political work inherently accumulates humanistic forces for some cultural model and creates a spiritual phenomenon that follows the trend of the times. Specifically, the cultural values of ideological and political work mainly appear as four interrelated and interpenetrating aspects of cultural filtering-preservation, conformity-conformity, communication-communication, and creation-renewal.
