随着带宽需求的日益增长和光纤网络在世界范围内的广泛应用,全球领先的高性能紫外光(UV)固化材料制造商帝斯曼迪索公司(DSM Desotech),近日宣布与世界电信市场中领先的通信网络软件与服务提供商Telcordia签署协议,双方将致力于推进光纤光缆产品微弯性能的技术标准。微弯的产生,是因随机的不均匀受力,使光纤轴产生无数微小的变形。随着这些细小的光纤轴震动作用增多,导致信号衰减,甚至永久性信号传输终止。
DSM Desotech, the world’s leading manufacturer of high-performance UV-curable materials, today announced that it has teamed up with the world’s telecommunications market with the growing bandwidth requirements and the worldwide adoption of fiber optic networks. Leading communication network software and service provider Telcordia signed an agreement, the two sides will work to promote the performance of optical fiber and cable products micro-bending performance of the technical standards.
