今年30岁的谭文,原是湖南邵阳市省汽车制造厂职工,1995年6月下岗后,南下广东打工。只有中专学历的谭文,在打工中深感自己知识的贫乏。他以顽强的毅力,边打工边求学。打工期间,他获得了湖南大学的大专文凭,并考上云南民族学院硕士研究生;两年后,谭文提前毕业并考取上海财经大学金融学专业国际金融研究方向博士研究生。
Tan Wen, 30, was originally a worker at Shaoyang Automobile Factory in Hunan Province. After he laid off his job in June 1995, he went south to work in Guangdong. Tan Wen, a secondary school diploma, felt a lack of knowledge in his work. With tenacious perseverance, he studied while working. During his working life, he obtained a college diploma from Hunan University and was admitted to Yunnan University for Nationalities as a master student. Two years later, Tan graduated early and obtained a Ph.D. candidate in international finance from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
