西米替丁西米替丁又叫“甲氰咪胍”,临床主要用于治疗胃溃疡、十二指肠溃疡、反流性食管炎及上消化道出血等疾病的治疗。国内有口服和针剂两种剂型。每次口服200毫克(1粒),每日3次,于餐后服用,每晚临睡前再加服1次(400毫克),连服4～8周为一疗程。若需巩固治疗,则于每晚临睡前服药1次(400毫克),或早晚各服药1次(200毫克)。针剂主要用于止血,每次400毫克,于静脉内缓慢
