OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of coumarin and volatile oil of Angelica dahurica on intestine absorption of glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhizin in ferulic acid and licorice root of Chinese traditional medicine “Puerariae”, Pueraria baicalensis, baicalin of Radix Scutellariae and Rhizoma Chuanxiong, respectively Effect of Angelica dahurica on compatibility of intestinal absorption of active ingredients of Methods: The model of everted gut absorption in rats was used to study the effects of pueraria root, baicalin in Radix Scutellariae, ferulic acid and licorice Glycyrrhizic acid, licorice glycosides in different intestinal absorption. Results: Angelica dahurica active ingredients can significantly promote Pueraria puerarin (1.70-fold increase), baicalin baicalin (increase 4.74 times) intestinal absorption; Angelica Rhizoma Chuanxiong effective components of ferulic acid intestinal absorption no significant effect; Angelica Effective components of licorice glycyrrhizin, glycyrrhizic acid significant intestinal absorption inhibitory effect. Conclusion: Angelica - Pueraria, Radix Angelicae Sinensis - Radix Scutellariae Radix et Rhizoma Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Radix Scutellariae Radix notoginseng produce synergistic therapeutic effects on the compatibility and application of Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Radix Scutellariae, not only showing different active ingredients acting on different targets of the organism, but also displaying the compatibility of the active ingredients of Radix Angelicae Sinensis Road transport. Angelica - Chuanxiong, Angelica - Licorice compatibility mechanism may be Angelica licorice active ingredient intestinal absorption has nothing to do.
