独立学院是近年来在我国高校领域诞生的新事物,是专指由普通本科高校按照新机制、新模式举办的本科层次的二级学院。教育部对独立学院的建设和发展原则是“积极支持、规范管理”。由于招生和办学体系的不同,在独立院校的教育中凸显出与一般普通高校不同的特点。而听力课程是本科生基础阶段的一门重要学科,其程度的高低将影响学生的英语交流。
Independent college is a new thing born in the field of colleges and universities in our country in recent years. It refers to the second-level undergraduate college organized by ordinary undergraduate colleges according to new mechanism and new mode. The principle of the Ministry of Education in building and developing an independent college is “actively supporting and standardizing management”. Due to the difference between enrollment and school system, the education in independent colleges highlights the different characteristics of ordinary colleges and universities. The listening course is an important subject of undergraduate basic stage, the level of the degree will affect students’ English communication.
