本文主要讨论与分析,在动力、冶金,化工、轻纺、机械等工业中,进行热能利用的分析时,应当运用的方法及其有关计算效率的基本概念。首先阐述热平衡工作的意义及内容,并列举在热平衡工作中有待研究的问题。作者进一步提出:应用热平衡框图的概念进行热能利用情况的分析。并对当前在进行热平衡测算的工作中,所应用的某些基本概念(热平衡模型、热效率、热能利用率、体系或对象的划分、热流图等等),以本质上进行一些讨论与分析。
This article mainly discusses and analyzes the methods that should be used in the analysis of thermal energy utilization in industries such as power, metallurgy, chemical engineering, textile and machinery, and machinery, and its basic concepts of computational efficiency. First of all, it elaborates the meaning and content of heat balance work, and lists the problems to be studied in heat balance work. The author further proposed: The application of the concept of heat balance diagram of thermal energy utilization analysis. Some basic concepts (such as thermal balance model, thermal efficiency, thermal energy utilization rate, system or object division, heat flux map, etc.) are discussed and analyzed in essence in the current work on thermal balance calculation.
