目的:探讨检测鼻咽脱落细胞的端粒酶活性在鼻咽癌诊断中的价值。方法:采用PCR-TRAP方法检测60例鼻咽癌组织及其鼻咽脱落细胞的端粒酶活性。结果:60例经病理确诊的鼻咽癌组织有51例端粒酶阳性,其脱落细胞有49例端粒酶阳性,阳性率分别分别为85%(51/60)和82%(49/60),二者比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。鼻咽癌组织及其脱落细胞端粒酶活性的阳性率与鼻咽癌的临床分期无关。鼻咽脱落细胞的端粒酶活性检测结果与脱落细胞学检查结果比较表明,60例鼻咽癌患者其脱落细胞学检查只有5例阳性,而端粒酶活性检测有49例呈阳性,而且脱落细胞学阳性者的端粒酶活性检测均为阳性。结论:采用PCR-TRAP方法可以检测鼻咽癌脱落细胞标本中的端粒酶活性,鼻咽部脱落细胞端粒酶活性的检测在鼻咽癌诊断中有重要的辅助价值。
Objective: To investigate the detection of telomerase activity in nasopharyngeal exfoliated cells in the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods: The telomerase activity of 60 nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues and nasopharyngeal exfoliated cells was detected by PCR-TRAP. Results: Totally 51 telomerase positive cases were found in 60 cases of pathologically diagnosed nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 49 cases of exfoliated cells were positive for telomerase, the positive rates were 85% (51/60) and 82% (49/60 ), No significant difference between the two (P> 0.05). The positive rate of telomerase activity in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and its exfoliated cells has nothing to do with the clinical stage of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Nasopharyngeal exfoliated cell telomerase activity test results and exfoliative cytology results showed that 60 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in exfoliative cytology only 5 positive, and telomerase activity in 49 cases were positive, and fall off Cytology positive telomerase activity tests were positive. Conclusion: The telomerase activity in nasopharyngeal carcinoma exfoliated cells can be detected by PCR-TRAP. The detection of telomerase activity in nasopharyngeal exfoliated cells has an important auxiliary value in the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
