试用期是指用人单位和劳动者双方为进一步加深互相了解而约定的一定期限的考察期。用人单位可在试用期内考察劳动者的基本素质和品行,看其是否能胜任岗位要求与岗位职责;劳动者也可利用试用期进一步了解用人单位的实际状况,看其工作条件和福利
Trial period refers to the employer and laborer both sides to further deepen mutual understanding and agreed period of study period. During the probationary period, the employer may examine the basic qualities and conduct of the laborers and see if they are qualified for job requirements and job responsibilities. Workers may also use the probationary period to further understand the actual conditions of employers and see their working conditions and benefits
