取~3H-AFB_1 经腹腔注入从内蒙自治区捕获的野生松鼠体内,其剂量为12μg/kg,测定了肝细胞中~3H-AFB_1-DNA 共价结合物,并观察了~3H-AFB_1在野生松鼠体内的分布,测得三只动物的CBI平均为1257。~3H-AFB_1在该动物体内的分布以胆汁、肾脏和肝脏中最高。
The ~ 3H-AFB_1 was injected intraperitoneally into the wild squirrels captured from the Autonomous Region of Inner Mongolia at a dose of 12 μg / kg.
