随着临床业务拓展的迫切需求,开展专科护理门诊是护理学科发展的必然趋势。某院在借鉴国内外多家医院开设护理门诊经验基础上,经过充分的专家论证,在新门诊大楼内增设了创面治疗中心,并开设了伤口护理门诊、造口/失禁护理门诊、经外周中心静脉置管(PICC)护理门诊等专科护理门诊。其合理的布局设置,科学的功能分区,规范的工作流程,通过一支专业化护理队伍的全方位建设,使其诊疗范畴不断扩增。设立的伤口护理与造口/失禁护理门诊不但提高了患者伤口愈合速度,缩短了伤口愈合时间,而且通过承担出院患者的延续护理服务,降低了平均住院日,加快了病房床位周转,同时提升了护理人员的社会价值感,获得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。
