地处广西桂中腹地的忻城县加仁街 ,据《忻城县地名志》记载 :加仁街 ,北宋年间（公元９６０年至１１２７年）已有此村 ,曾名喇营 ,是当地农副产品集散地。这里依山傍水 ,良田千顷 ,物产丰富 ,自古以来就是上林忻城往来宜山庆远府的南北交通要道 ,所以人们很早就在此地设立圩场
Located in Grenchen Street, Xincheng County, Guangxi’s Guangxi-Guangxi hinterland, according to the Records of Place Names in Xincheng County, there is this village in Jiaren Street and the Northern Song Dynasty (AD 960-1127) Agricultural and sideline products distribution center. Yishanbangshui here, fertile fields ares, rich products, since ancient times on the Shanglin Xincheng Yilan Qingyuan Prefecture north and south traffic arteries, so people have set up in this area polder
