北京市将在农民自愿与政策引导的基础上建立政策性农业保险,政府财政给予参保农民50%的保费补贴。“十一五”期间,政策性农业保险将覆盖主要种养生产项目的30%。这是日前北京市政府发布的《关于建立北京市政策性农业保险制度的方案》中透露的消息。
Beijing will establish policy-based agricultural insurance on the basis of farmers’ voluntary and policy-oriented guidance, and the government finance will give 50% premium subsidies to insured peasants. During the 11th Five-Year Plan period, policy-based agricultural insurance will cover 30% of major planting and breeding projects. This is the news released recently by the Beijing Municipal Government about the “Plan for Establishing a Policy-based Agricultural Insurance System in Beijing”.
