关于胰岛素对卵巢功能的影响近来受到广泛的关注,本实验观察了胰岛素对大鼠离体培养黄体细胞孕酮生成的影响,并对其作用机制进行了探讨。结果显示:1.胰岛素能显著促进大鼠离体黄体细胞基础孕酮生成而对hCG促孕酮作用没有影响。2.胰岛素对大鼠黄体细胞内源性cAMP和cGMP含量均无影响。3.胰岛素促黄体细胞孕酮作用可被Genistein抑制,而Forskolin却无作用。提示,胰岛素对大鼠黄体细胞孕酮生成的促进作用可能与TPK系统有关,而与cAMP、cGMP系统无关。4.胰岛素可以抑制离体培养黄体细胞的自发凋亡。
The effect of insulin on ovarian function has received widespread attention recently. In this experiment, the effect of insulin on the progesterone production of luteal cells in vitro was observed and its mechanism of action was also discussed. The result shows: 1. Insulin can significantly promote rat progesterone production of luteal cells in vitro and has no effect on progesterone production of hCG. 2. Insulin had no effect on endogenous cAMP and cGMP levels in rat luteal cells. 3. Progesterone in the luteinizing cells of the insulin may be inhibited by Genistein, whereas Forskolin has no effect. Tip, insulin on rat progesterone prolactin production promotion may be related to the TPK system, and cAMP, cGMP system has nothing to do. 4. Insulin can inhibit the spontaneous apoptosis of cultured luteal cells in vitro.
