《湖北省档案管理条例》(以下简称《条例》)已于1998年7月31日经湖北省第九届人大常委会第4次会议审议通过并自颁布之日起施行。这是我省人大通过的第一部地方档案法规,是我省贯彻实施《中华人民共和国档案法》(以下简称《档案法》),推进依法治档,保障和促进我省档案工作沿着法制化轨道跃上了一个新阶段。《条例》的颁布,对加强档案的管理,维护档案的完整与安全,大力开发档案信息资源,更好地为改革开放和现代化建设服务,具有十分重要的意义。我作
