面对航运经济高速发展的新形势,本文提出了加强安全意识教育、重视教材编写、改革现有考试模式等六个相关措施,力求能够提高我国船员的整体素质,促进我国航运业的发展。
In the face of the new situation of the rapid development of shipping economy, this paper puts forward six measures such as strengthening safety awareness education, emphasizing the preparation of teaching materials and reforming the existing examination mode so as to improve the overall quality of our crew and promote the development of China’s shipping industry.
