近年来,大型国有企业也逐步开始在干部教育培训中引入电子学习,并取得了一定的成效。引入电子学习培训平台不仅是时代发展的需求,同时也能符合现代企业对培训的要求。电子学习并不能完全取代传统的面授培训,它对原有的培训模式是一个有益的补充和提升。
In recent years, large state-owned enterprises have also gradually begun to introduce e-learning in their cadre education and training and have achieved some success.
