目的 :为探讨补肾活血中药对听觉系统的作用。方法 :应用耳廓反射、听性脑干反应及耳蜗基底膜铺片技术研究了补肾活血中药对豚鼠卡那霉素 (KM)耳蜗毒性的拮抗作用。结果 :服用补肾活血中药的豚鼠注射KM后较单纯肌注KM组的豚鼠听力损害轻 ,且耳蜗外毛细胞损害的程度亦明显减轻。结论 :补肾活血中药对氨基糖甙类抗生素所造成的听力损害具有一定的保护作用;;此研究为临床上运用补肾活血法防治药物中毒性聋提供了实验依据
Objective : To explore the effect of Bushen Huoxue herbs on auditory system. METHODS: The antagonistic effect of Bushen Huoxue herbs on cochlear toxicity of guinea pig kanamycin (KM) was studied using auricular reflex, auditory brainstem response and cochlear basilar membrane deposition. RESULTS: After guinea pigs were treated with Bushen Huoxue Chinese medicine, the guinea pigs were less likely to have hearing loss than KM group, and the degree of damage to the outer hair cells of the cochlea was also reduced. Conclusion : Bushen Huoxue Chinese medicine has a certain protective effect on hearing impairment caused by aminoglycoside antibiotics; this study provides experimental basis for the clinical application of Bushen Huoxue method to prevent drug toxicity.
