本文运用CF滤波,验证汽车整车行业研发投入呈现顺经济周期性。同时,运用HHI指数衡量该行业的市场竞争程度,发现在一定范围内,市场竞争程度正向影响其研发投资规模。另外,车企研发投入的周期性与其产品周期可能存在一致性,结论有待验证。结合研发投入的周期性,本文建议我国车企提前规划研发战略,合理配置研发资金等;建议政府配合周期性,有针对性地放宽融资政策,拓宽优惠政策。
In this paper, CF filter is used to verify the R & D investment in the automobile industry presents the favorable economic cycle. At the same time, using the HHI index to measure the degree of market competition in the industry, we found that within a certain range, the degree of market competition positively affects the scale of R & D investment. In addition, the car R & D investment cycle and its product life cycle may exist consistency, the conclusions to be verified. Combined with the cyclical nature of R & D investment, this paper suggests that Chinese car makers plan R & D strategies in advance and rationally allocate R & D funds. It is suggested that the government cooperate with cyclical and targeted liberalization of financing policies and broaden the preferential policies.
