本文论述了通过积分法确定水轮发电机中空气流量的过程以及提高积分法精度的一些改进方法。基于典型的水轮发电机的实验结果,对此方法的精度进行了讨论。根据长期在水轮发电机上的测试经验,提出了空气冷却器特性法。这一方法的基本优点是比较好的测试工作条件及实现自动测试的可能性。一些实验结果表明,该方法具有足够精度。
This paper discusses the integral method to determine the air flow in hydroelectric generators and some improving methods to improve the accuracy of integral method. Based on the experimental results of a typical hydroelectric generator, the accuracy of this method is discussed. According to the long-term test experience on hydroelectric generators, the air cooler characteristic method is proposed. The basic advantages of this approach are better test working conditions and the possibility of automated testing. Some experimental results show that the method has enough accuracy.
