采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计分析法等研究方法,试图探寻一种在市场经济体制下适合我国国情的青少年游泳训练营,使之成为我国业余游泳训练的重要补充形式。以2008年奥运会为目标,在提高我国竞技游泳后备人才水平的同时,拓宽竞技游泳后备人才的培养渠道,提高竞技游泳后备人才的质量和数量,保持后备人才培养的连续性。
This paper attempts to explore a youth swimming camp suitable for China’s national conditions under the market economy system by using the methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistic analysis, making it an important complementary form of amateur swimming training in China. In 2008 Olympic Games as the goal, while improving the level of reserve swimming pool in competitive swimming, broaden the training channels for competitive swimming reserve talents, improve the quality and quantity of competitive swimming reserve talents, and maintain the continuity of reserve personnel training.
