迄今,流行性出血热(EHF)发病机制尚未阐明,治疗方法各异,其中肾上腺皮质激素已应用多年,但对其疗效的评价结果不一.为了解肾上腺皮质激素在EHF 治疗中的确切疗效,我们于1987～1988年对早期EHF 患者应用氢化考的松/地塞米松进行了临床观察,现将结果报告如下.
Up to now, the pathogenesis of epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF) has not been elucidated yet, the treatment methods are different, and adrenal cortical hormone has been used for many years, but the evaluation of the curative effect is different.In order to know the exact effect of adrenocorticotropic hormone in EHF treatment, We conducted in 1987 ~ 1988 early EHF patients with hydrocortisone / dexamethasone clinical observation, the results reported below.
