1981—1982年从长沙郊区辣椒上采回具有花叶、绉缩、丛枝以及可疑病株的标样70株,在鉴别寄主心叶烟(Nicotiana glutinosa)和普通烟(N.tabacum)上测得病毒的有34株,共鉴定出三种病毒。黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)、烟草花叶病毒(TMV)和芜菁花叶病毒(TpMV),以黄瓜花叶病毒最多。烟草花叶病毒包括普通株和蕃茄株。通过三次单斑分离,纯化出烟草花叶病毒蕃茄株,寄主范围测定结果可为害4科14种种植物,致死温度96℃,稀释限度10~(-9),电子显微镜下观察病毒粒子形态为长杆状,大小为270纤米。
In 1981-1982, 70 samples with mosaic, wrinkled, bushy and suspicious isolates were collected from the peppers in the suburbs of Changsha. In the identification of host Nicotiana glutinosa and N.tabacum There are 34 strains of the virus, identified a total of three viruses. Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV), tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) and turnip mosaic virus (TpMV), with the highest number of cucumber mosaic virus. Tobacco mosaic virus includes ordinary and tomato strains. The tobacco mosaic virus was isolated from tomato mosaic virus by three single-spot separation. The result of host range test could damage 14 families of plants in 4 families. The lethal temperature was 96 ℃ and the dilution limit was 10 ~ (-9). The morphology of the virions was observed under electron microscope Rod-shaped, size of 270 fiber.
