经过几年的探索创新,医院党建作为执政党建设的一种重要形式,已在全国各地广泛展开并取得明显成果。为了进一步推进医院党建,提高工作效果,对已有的经验进行总结和反思,找到下一步工作的着力点,是必要和重要的。从当前理论探讨和实际工作的开展情况来看,提高医院党建的党的意识、组织意识和党员意识,是需要予以特别关注的一个方面。
After several years of exploration and innovation, the hospital party building, as an important form of building the ruling party, has been widely carried out across the country and achieved obvious results. In order to further promote the party building in the hospital and improve the work efficiency, it is necessary and important to summarize and reflect on the existing experience and to find the focal point for the next step. From the current theoretical discussion and the actual work of the situation, to enhance the party building the hospital party awareness, organizational awareness and awareness of party members is an area that needs special attention.
