为开展 SRBC—A 玫瑰花实验及分离血液中的 T 淋巴细胞,我们对比观察了38名献血员的 SRBC 及 SRBC～A 玫瑰花实验。现将结果报告知下:一.材料及方法SRBC 玫瑰花实验按《临床免疫技术》介绍的方法操作。用于 SRBC—A 玫瑰花实验的 SRBC 以 Hank’s 液洗5次,取此压积 SRBC1体积,加入4体积0.143M(相当于4%)AET 水溶液,充分混匀,置37℃水浴温育15分钟。每5分钟轻轻混匀一次,再以冷Hank’s 液洗5次。其余操作同 SRBC 玫瑰花实验。
In order to carry out the SRBC-A rose experiment and isolate T-lymphocytes from blood, we compared the SRBC and SRBC-A rose experiments of 38 blood donors. The results report is now known: 1. Materials and Methods The SRBC Rose Experiment was performed according to the method described in Clinical Immunology. The SRBC used in the SRBC-A rose experiment was washed 5 times with Hank’s solution. Take the volume of SRBC1 and add 4 volumes of 0.143M (equivalent to 4%) aqueous AET solution. Mix thoroughly and incubate at 37°C for 15 minutes. . Mix gently once every 5 minutes and wash 5 times with cold Hank’s solution. The remaining operations are the same as the SRBC Rose Experiment.
