本文采用电子探针法对新型垂直筛板(New VST)的液滴粒径进行了测试,研究了气相板孔动能因子和板上清液层高度对液滴Sauter平均直径的影响.研究表明,气相板孔动能因子是影响液滴粒度的关键因素:在罩顶,由于液滴是被气体夹带上来的,所以,随气相板孔动能因子的增加,液滴的Sauter平均直径增大;在罩间,随气相板孔动能因子的增加,液滴的Sauter平均直径减小.在罩间,随板上清液层高度的增加,液滴的Sauter平均直径增大.
In this paper, the droplet size of New VST was tested by electron probe method, and the influence of the kinetic energy factor of the vapor phase plate and the height of the supernatant layer on the Sauter mean diameter of the droplets was investigated. The results show that the kinetic energy factor of gas-phase plate hole is the key factor affecting the droplet size. At the top of the cap, since the droplet is entrained by the gas, the Sauter mean diameter of the droplet increases with the increase of kinetic energy factor With the increase of the kinetic energy factor of the gas phase plate hole, the average Sauter diameter of the droplet decreases. Between hoods, the Sauter mean diameter of the droplets increases with increasing height of the supernatant layer.
