目的观察石见穿总甾醇对人胃癌细胞SGC-7901生长的影响,并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法用MTT法观察石见穿总甾醇对SGC-7901细胞增殖的影响,用荧光酶标仪检测对线粒体膜电位的影响,用流式细胞术检测细胞周期的影响。结果石见穿总甾醇能显著抑制SGC-7901细胞的增殖,具有剂量依赖性和时间依赖性,对SGC-7901细胞的线粒体膜电位没有显著影响,流式细胞术结果表明石见穿总甾醇处理后SGC-7901细胞以坏死为主。结论石见穿总甾醇对人胃癌细胞SGC-7901的增殖具有显著抑制作用,其作用机制可能是诱导细胞坏死有关。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of STZ on the growth of human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 and to explore its possible mechanism.
