甲哌力复霉素(利福平,rifampioin)为一高效、广谱抗菌素。据报道,其水溶液不稳定,室温10小时失去20%活性,因此,我们为增加利福平滴眼液的稳定性,进行了一些试验,现将结果简介如下。薄层层析与紫外光谱观察利福平的稳定性利福平为砖红色粉末,其0.05~0.1%水溶液,初呈黄红色,放置后,色泽逐渐转深,由酒红色、红棕色至棕黑色。取上述溶液,点样于硅胶薄板上,展开,分离得各比移值 R_■的呈色斑点。初配的溶液,在 R_(?)0.49处,为一桔黄色斑点,已变成酒红色的溶液,除原有斑点外,在 R_(?)0.40处,又出现了一樱红色的分
Mepivacaine (rifampin, rifampioin) is an efficient, broad-spectrum antibiotic. It is reported that its aqueous solution is unstable and loses 20% of the activity at room temperature for 10 hours. Therefore, we conducted some tests to increase the stability of rifampicin eye drops. The results are summarized as follows. Rifampicin stability by TLC and UV Rifampin is a brick-red powder with a yellowish-red color starting from 0.05 to 0.1% aqueous solution. After being placed, the color gradually turns dark from red wine, reddish brown to brown black. Take the above solution, spotted on a silica gel plate, expand, separate the ratio of the value of R_ ■ color spots. The initial solution, at R _ (0.49), was an orange-yellow spot that had turned into a burgundy solution. Except for the original spot, a reddish-red fraction appeared at R_ (?) 0.40
