心电图运动试验是诊断冠心病及评价心功能的一项重要方法,但是根据选择性冠状动脉造影的评价,以传统的ST段偏移为指标的运动试验其敏感性、特异性和预测准确性较低。晚近Bonoris根据Brody效应首先注意到运动时心电图R波幅度的改变与心室功能及冠状动脉粥样硬化有关。本文对我院227例活动平板试验R波幅度的变化进行分析,考核能否提高运动试验的敏感性、特异性和预测准确性。一、资料及方法男215例,女12例,40岁以下123例,41~50岁76例,51~60岁25例,61岁以上3例。健
ECG exercise test is an important method of diagnosing coronary heart disease and evaluating cardiac function. However, according to the evaluation of selective coronary angiography, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the exercise test based on the traditional ST segment offset low. According to the Brody effect, Bonoris recently noticed that the change of amplitude of R wave in exercise is related to ventricular function and coronary atherosclerosis.
