目的观察高压氧(HBO)对脑梗死的治疗效果。方法对60例脑梗死患者在常规治疗的基础上加用HBO治疗,并与常规治疗组对照,观察其疗效及预后。结果 HBO治疗组的基本治愈率及显效率、总有效率与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),日常生活活动评分也明显高于对照组。结论加用HBO治疗脑梗死可提高治疗的有效率,减少后遗症,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on cerebral infarction. Methods Sixty patients with cerebral infarction were treated with HBO on the basis of routine treatment, and compared with the conventional treatment group to observe the curative effect and prognosis. Results The basic cure rate, effective rate and total effective rate of HBO group were significantly different from those of the control group (P <0.05). The activities of daily living were also significantly higher than those of the control group. Conclusion Adding HBO to cerebral infarction can improve the efficiency of treatment, reduce sequelae and improve the quality of life of patients.
