7月16日,深圳市龙岗区召开了“村镇国土规划管理及与市、区规划衔接研讨会”。来自北京、天津、深圳以及龙岗区委、区政府、各镇、坂田村、爱联村的领导同志和专家学者近30人参加了研讨会。大家就深圳市的村镇国土规划管理、龙岗区的整体发展规划等问题进行了富有成效的探讨,并对深圳市今后的城镇发展提出了积极的意见和建议。现将会议纪要整理如下。一、村镇国土规划管理的重要性及模式深圳市宝安县撤县设区以后,两个新区的村镇国土如何规划、如何管理,如何与市、区规划衔接,成了亟待解决的问题。深圳市的规划要求是建成多功能的国际性大都市,经济指标是赶超亚洲“四小龙”,现在的村镇国土规划是无法与总体规划接轨的。
July 16, Longgang District, Shenzhen held a “township planning management and municipal and district planning convergence seminar.” Nearly 30 leading comrades and experts and scholars from Beijing, Tianjin, Shenzhen, Longgang District Committee, the district government, towns, Sakata Village and Ai Lian Village participated in the seminar. We have conducted fruitful discussions on the planning and management of land and towns in villages and towns in Shenzhen and the overall development planning of Longgang District, and put forward positive opinions and suggestions on the future urban development in Shenzhen. The meeting minutes are summarized below. First, the importance of land and township planning and management model Bao’an County, Shenzhen, after the withdrawal of districts, two new areas of the village and town how to plan, how to manage, and how the city, district planning convergence has become an urgent solution. Planning requirements of Shenzhen City is to build a multi-functional international metropolis. The economic indicator is to catch up with and surpass Asia’s “four little dragons.” Now the land and towns planning of villages and towns can not be integrated with the overall planning.
