我矿是一个年产20万t铁精矿生产能力的中型露天矿山。采场目前在用的四大件设备分别是W1001型柴油挖掘机、YQ150A型潜孔钻机、东方红—75型推土机、苏联进口的克拉斯12吨自卸翻斗汽车。多年来,由于露天矿山采场自然条件较差,雨水多、灰尘多、气温高、环境条件恶劣等原因,跑、冒、滴、漏一直是老大难问题。87年,我们推广应用新型密封材料—M-1尼龙密封胶以来,泄漏问题基本得到解决,取得了较好的效果,现分别介绍如下:
